Our story
NailFlowApp was created by Logan, the owner of American Nails & Spa in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. Running a busy salon, he needed software that handled the hard parts of salon life: giving walk-in clients to the team fairly, texting clients without anyone at the desk, showing each team member their own schedule and pay, and closing out the day without a notebook.
He built it for his own salon first. In 2026 NailFlowApp went into daily use there, where every feature is tested on real clients, real turns and real paydays before other salons see it.
Today NailFlowApp is in daily use at nail salons in Iowa. The same software – booking, check-in, turns, checkout, gift cards, reports and payroll – is now offered to hair salons, set up with their own services and stylists.

Each salon has its own database. We do not sell personal information, and NailFlowApp does not store full card numbers.
